Stephanie Tymula is a founding member/partner of 1 Client Matters, LLC. Stephanie’s practice areas include personal injury, medical malpractice, auto and motorcycle accidents, criminal defense, elder law, probate and Estates, Medicaid qualification, family law and DWI/DUI matters in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, North Carolina and Connecticut; with additional licenses pending in Maine.
Stephanie has been designated in Super Lawyers Rising Star as an outstanding top-rated attorney in her field through superior client and peer ratings, among other awards.
Stephanie is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Connecticut and North Carolina, and all state and federal courts in Vermont and Massachusetts. She is also currently seeking admission in Maine.
Stephanie is an active member of the American Bar Association, and the New Hampshire and Women’s Bar Associations, and serves as the co-chair of the New Hampshire Bar’s New Lawyers’ Committee. She is a notary public, as well as a real estate broker.
Stephanie received her J.D. from the UMass Law School, in 2009; where she was a member of law review as well as part of the Dean’s Pro Bono Peer Tutor Program, and President of the Legal Association of Women. She was part of the Honors Program and graduated from Saint Anselm College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics, with a minor in pre-law and Classics, and was on the Dean’s List of Scholars as well as the President’s List of Scholars throughout her attendance. She also attended the Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars in Washington, D.C., and clerked with the United States Attorneys’ Office in the juvenile crimes and homicide division.
A lifelong resident of New Hampshire, Stephanie attended Manchester High School West. Among her many community activities, Stephanie is a graduate of the New Hampshire Bar’s Leadership Academy Program. Stephanie is also passionate about rescuing dogs from shelters and streets; and has fostered hundreds of dogs and puppies in her home through dog rescue programs. Stephanie has twin girls, and also is the President (and former Secretary) of the Greater Nashua Parents of Twins of More non-profit, and a member of Massachusetts Mothers of Twins Association (MMOTA), supporting other families of multiples. She also serves on the local Barnstead Elementary PTO as the Secretary, and spends her free time in the Summer months boating with her family on Half Moon lake.
